Step 6: When you want your tune put back on, fill this form out again and put your original order number in the form and send it back to us. There is a shipping charge each time we mail back to you.

FAQ: The only time that you would need to use this is if you are under a POLARIS brand factory or extended warranty. if you have a 3rd party extended warranty company like rpm etc. They will not read out your ecu.
